I reserve the right to use any commissioned art as examples/references in a portfolio
I retain my rights to the artwork and to intellectual property
Commissioned art is free to be used for personal, non-commercial purposes (e.g. social media icons, toyhou.se character profiles) and to be posted/shared by the commissioner (or persons authorized by the commissioner, e.g. gift recipients) with appropriate attribution
Commissioned art is not to be used for commercial purposes (e.g. merchandise, stream graphics) unless each individual commercial use is discussed and prior authorized. Initial upcharges or portions of profits may be requested
Refunds are to be issued only in the case I am unable or deny to complete a commission within a month from payment (standard, subject to change in case of larger orders, non-standard completion limits will be discussed and agreed upon individually)
Payment is to be taken through paypal
